Theresa Somerset of Precision Studio is a graduate of Castleton State College with a B.A. in Fine Arts.
Theresa has an interest in painting with all types of Watermedia. She has won a number of awards, as well as participated in juried shows. She is currently a member and past President of the Essex Art League of Vermont, a former board member for the Northern Vermont Artists Association, current board member of the Bryan Memorial Gallery in Jeffersonville, Vermont, a member of the Miniature Painting Society of Vermont, Signature Vermont Watercolor Society member, and a participant in the Vermont Open Studio Tours.

Her precise attention to detail has been touted as one of her trademarks. She is also known for her intricate Pysanky-Ukrainian eggs that she decorates, with traditional and non-traditional designs, and incorporates them into her still-life paintings.
